About Melaine Melton

Melaine Melton and her husband Brian moved back to Murfreesboro in 1994 to raise their three children - Austin, Brayden, and Ashlyn. They returned, knowing that the community here was the one they wanted to plant roots in. The people of Murfreesboro are what brought them back to it, and they have never been disappointed in making the decision to return home. Melaine joined the team at John Jones Real Estate after a 19 year career in education, which culminated as the assistant principal at MTCS. She says that when she received her master’s in Human Relations, she couldn’t have known how much it would define her path and enhance her life. Loving people well and wanting to take impeccable care of them has always come naturally to Melaine, and it is this affection for humanity that makes being a realtor so enjoyable for her. Her favorite thing about this job is helping others accomplish their dreams, but the deeper reward comes from the relationships she builds in the process.
